What matters to you
I want to know what you would genuinely like to improve, how much change you are comfortable with and what would make the result feel worthwhile to you.
Consultation with Franciele
Franciele Sofiati · Biomedical Aesthetics
Bring your concern and questions. I’ll help you understand the next step.
A note from me
Many people arrive with the name of a procedure they have seen online. Others simply know that something has changed in their skin, hair or body, but they are not sure what to ask for. Both are completely normal places to begin.
During your consultation, I want to understand you before I recommend anything. I will ask what you have noticed, what you have already tried, how the concern affects you and what kind of result would still feel natural and comfortable.
Sometimes I may recommend a treatment. Sometimes the best next step is preparation, a simpler option, more time, another assessment or no procedure at all. My role is to give you clear and honest guidance—not to persuade you to do more.
How your consultation works
You can explain everything in your own words. I will guide the conversation and ask the questions that help me understand the full picture.
You tell me what you have noticed, what bothers you most and what made you decide to seek professional guidance now.
We talk about your routine, previous procedures, sensitivities, sun exposure, important dates and anything else that may affect your plan.
During an in-person consultation, I examine the area and consider the individual characteristics that may influence treatment suitability.
I talk you through the options that may be appropriate, including their purpose, limits, preparation, comfort, recovery and follow-up.
You can proceed, prepare first, wait, consider another option or decide not to have a procedure. The final decision remains yours.
How I plan your care
I want to know what you would genuinely like to improve, how much change you are comfortable with and what would make the result feel worthwhile to you.
I consider your history, skin or hair characteristics, previous procedures, sensitivities, routine, timing and the recovery you can realistically manage.
I will be honest about expected improvement, limitations, session planning, maintenance and the fact that every person responds differently.
Your plan should account for your schedule, budget, recovery time and comfort with each step—not only what is technically possible.
Sometimes the best decision is to do less, space treatments more carefully or wait until the timing, skin condition and expectations are better aligned.
Recommendations should feel collaborative. I will guide you with clinical reasoning, but the final plan should still reflect your preferences, priorities and comfort level.
You deserve a recommendation that respects your features, your confidence and your right to choose.
Before we meet
A few simple details can help me understand your concern more quickly. Bring what you know, and we can work through the rest together.
Looking after yourself also means giving your body the time, honesty and patience it needs.
What happens afterwards
By the end of the consultation, you should understand what I recommend, why I recommend it and what the next step would involve.
You are welcome to ask questions and take time to think. Booking a consultation does not commit you to a procedure, and no responsible consultation can promise an exact result.
Photographs and messages may help with the first contact, but they do not replace an appropriate assessment when one is needed.
Before you book
No. Tell me about the concern. Choosing the treatment is part of the consultation, not something you need to do alone beforehand.
Not necessarily. Some treatments require preparation, planning or a separate appointment. I will explain what is appropriate in your case.
Yes. A message can help us understand the general topic and arrange your appointment, although it cannot confirm suitability by itself.
You can speak to me about skin, pigmentation, acne marks, facial care, laser procedures, hair reduction, scalp concerns, superficial vessels or body treatments.
Request your consultation
You do not need to write a perfect message. Share what you have noticed and I will use your answers to understand the best way to begin.
