Evaluation first. Then, the appropriate next step.
A consultation may lead to a procedure, but its first purpose is to create clarity.

Practical preparation and aftercare, explained for the procedure you receive.
MY CARE PHILOSOPHY
You do not need to arrive knowing the name of a treatment. You may come with a change you have noticed, a previous experience you want to discuss or a result you would like to understand.
I begin with that context rather than immediately directing you towards a procedure.
Your recovery deserves the same attention as the treatment itself.
HOW I BUILD A PLAN
Understand what brought you here and what matters to you.
Discuss history, routine, sensitivities, health context and timing.
Evaluate the skin, scalp, face, body area or vascular concern.
Clarify options, limits, sensations, risks and recovery.
Treat, prepare, stage, refer, observe or wait.
A consultation may lead to a procedure, but its first purpose is to create clarity.
BEFORE TREATMENT
Relevant conditions, allergies, medication, supplements, pregnancy, breastfeeding and recent illness may affect planning.
Lasers, peels, injectables, surgery, threads, tattoos and reactions can remain relevant.
Retinoids, acids, acne products, depigmenting formulas and home devices may affect tolerance.
Recent tanning, sunburn or planned outdoor activity can change treatment timing.
Travel, work, exercise, celebrations and photographs help determine an appropriate recovery window.
We discuss what may improve, what may require several stages and what cannot be promised.
Preparing well is a quiet way of caring for the result and for yourself.
DIFFERENT TREATMENTS, DIFFERENT RECOVERY
Deep cleansing, diamond peel, crystal peel and ultrasonic peel may require a simple, calming routine and temporary pause from irritating products.
Retinoic, Jessner, TCA and depigmentation protocols vary in depth. Flaking, redness and product restrictions depend on the exact peel.
Hair reduction, pigment treatment and ablative CO₂ resurfacing have very different recovery needs.
Focused ultrasound, radiofrequency and plasma technologies differ in target, depth, sensation and aftercare.
Botulinum toxin, MMP and scalp injections require treatment-specific guidance on pressure, products and activity.
PEIM aftercare depends on the vessels treated, sclerosant used and individual vascular assessment.
AFTERCARE FOUNDATIONS
The instructions I provide after your appointment take priority over general website information.
Gentle, consistent care can be more valuable than doing too much.
DOS AND DON’TS
You deserve to feel supported, even after you leave the treatment room.
DAILY LIFE DURING RECOVERY
Intense activity may need to be postponed after selected injectables, vascular care or deeper resurfacing.
Hot showers, saunas, steam and prolonged heat may be unsuitable during early recovery.
Pools, hot tubs, lakes and the sea may need to wait while the barrier is disrupted.
It may be allowed quickly after some procedures and restricted after others.
Hair-removal methods may need to be adjusted around laser, peels or resurfacing.
Do not massage injectable or energy-treated areas unless specifically instructed.
I do not impose every possible restriction after every treatment. I explain what applies to the procedure you actually received.
Wind, strong sun and temperature changes can affect comfort during recovery, so your aftercare plan may include extra protection.
CONTACT AND SAFETY
Temporary redness, warmth, tenderness, swelling, bruising, dryness or peeling may occur after some procedures. The expected response depends on the treatment and should be explained before you leave.
Do not wait for a routine clinic reply for difficulty breathing, speaking or swallowing; rapid facial or throat swelling; fainting; severe generalised weakness; significant visual disturbance; chest pain; sudden shortness of breath; coughing blood; or another serious, rapidly developing reaction.
