Procedure consent
Before treatment, the Client will have an opportunity to discuss the proposed procedure, reasonably foreseeable risks, expected benefits, alternatives, limitations, aftercare and the option not to proceed.
Individual outcomes
Results cannot be guaranteed. Further sessions, maintenance, modification, medical assessment or discontinuation may be recommended according to the Client's response.
Clinical photography
Photographs may be taken where reasonably necessary for clinical records and treatment comparison. Any public, educational or marketing use requires separate, express and optional authorisation.
Refusing marketing authorisation will not reduce the quality of care or prevent the Client from receiving an otherwise available service. Marketing consent may be withdrawn for future use, subject to lawful limits concerning material already validly published or distributed.
